The University of Jaén organises a varied programme of extra activities to enrich the language and cultural immersion experience. The packages include socio-cultural activities, outings and guided visits to historical and cultural sites in Jaén and Andalusia.
The activities incur an additional fee and require a minimum of 10 participants.

ENJOY JAÉN
The University of Jaén offers participating students a variety of socio-cultural activities that will help them to integrate into the university community and enjoy the enriching university atmosphere. Students who would like to participate in these activities will have the opportunity to discover the city’s artistic and cultural heritage as well as visit local institutions and companies so they can get to know the city of Jaén and its impact on the surrounding area.

PACKAGE 2
DISCOVER THE CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE OF THE PROVINCE OF JAÉN
Students booking this package will visit Úbeda and Baeza, World Heritage Cities, which represent the greatest expression of the Spanish Renaissance.
They will also visit the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park, the largest protected area in Spain and the second largest in Europe, where they can breathe in the tranquillity and beauty of the natural landscape or visit one of our imposing castles, which make Jaén, a historic frontier land, the region with the most fortresses in Europe.

EXPLORE ANDALUSIA
This option includes visits to the cities of Granada and Cordoba, Andalusian cities of great historical and cultural interest that are home to two of the most popular tourist attractions in Spain: the Alhambra and the Mosque-Cathedral.
